Booking & Reservation Information

Online reservations are processed through Campground Buddy, our campground management and booking platform. Campground Buddy may collect and process information needed to display availability, create and manage reservations, communicate with guests, process transactions, manage arrivals and departures, and maintain reservation and business records.

Information entered into the booking system may be stored and processed by Campground Buddy and its service providers according to their applicable privacy policies, security practices, and service terms.

Payment Information

Payments made through the online booking system are processed through Campground Buddy and its integrated payment-processing provider. The payment processor may collect cardholder information, payment-card details, billing information, transaction data, device information, and fraud-prevention information needed to complete and secure the transaction.

The Edge RV Park does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers through the public website. We may receive limited payment information, such as the payment status, transaction amount, payment method type, card brand, expiration information, or the last digits of a payment card, when made available through the booking or payment system.

The booking platform and payment processor maintain their own privacy policies and security practices. Guests should review the policies presented by those providers when submitting payment information.
