Please review these terms before booking your stay at The Edge RV Park.

Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability, payment, and confirmation by The Edge RV Park. Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee a stay until the reservation has been accepted and confirmed. Guests are responsible for reviewing all reservation details, including arrival date, departure date, site type, guest information, vehicle information, and contact information before submitting a reservation.

Payments, Deposits & Fees

Payment requirements, deposits, taxes, and applicable fees are shown during the booking process or provided in the reservation confirmation. Rates and fees may vary by site type, date, length of stay, occupancy, and availability. Guests are responsible for all charges associated with their reservation, including applicable taxes, processing fees, add-ons, damages, or other approved charges.

Taxes

Applicable lodging taxes and other required taxes or fees may be added to reservations. Tax rates and requirements are subject to change based on state, county, or local rules. The Edge RV Park may update taxes and fees as required by law or by the booking system.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, change, and refund terms may vary depending on the reservation, dates, payment method, and booking details. Guests should review the cancellation and payment terms shown during booking and in their reservation confirmation. To request a change or cancellation, contact The Edge RV Park as soon as possible.

No-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise approved by The Edge RV Park. Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in rate changes or additional fees.

Check-In, Check-Out & Arrival

Guests are responsible for arriving on the correct date and following any check-in instructions provided before arrival. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive late or need assistance with your reservation. Check-out times, arrival instructions, and site access details may be provided in your reservation confirmation or by park staff.

RV Sites & Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their RV, vehicle, equipment, and hookups are compatible with the site they reserve. Guests must keep their site clean, use hookups safely, avoid damaging park property, and follow all posted rules. The Edge RV Park reserves the right to move, adjust, refuse, or cancel a reservation when necessary for safety, maintenance, operations, or site compatibility.

Pets

Pets are welcome when kept under control and managed responsibly. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, preventing excessive noise, and ensuring pets do not disturb other guests, staff, neighboring businesses, or wildlife. Pets may not be left unattended outside. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be required to leave the property.

Quiet Enjoyment & Conduct

Guests are expected to respect other visitors, staff, neighbors, and the surrounding community. Excessive noise, unsafe behavior, harassment, illegal activity, damage, or failure to follow park rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

Amenities, Taphouse & Nearby Businesses

Amenities, nearby food carts, events, live music, and services may vary by date, season, hours of operation, weather, staffing, maintenance, or third-party business operations. The Edge RV Park does not guarantee the availability of all nearby services, events, or attractions during every stay.

Safety, Weather & Outdoor Conditions

The Edge RV Park is located in Central Oregon, where weather, wildfire smoke, road conditions, wildlife, uneven terrain, and outdoor hazards may occur. Guests are responsible for using caution, supervising children and pets, securing personal property, and following any safety instructions provided by park staff or local authorities.

Personal Property & Liability

Guests are responsible for their RVs, vehicles, belongings, pets, and personal property. The Edge RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, weather-related issues, power interruptions, utility interruptions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control, except where required by law.

Website & Online Booking

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information, rates, availability, and booking details accurate. However, errors, outages, technical issues, or outdated information may occur. The Edge RV Park reserves the right to correct errors, update information, adjust availability, or contact guests if a reservation issue needs to be resolved.

Changes to These Terms

The Edge RV Park may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to use of the website and reservations made after the posted update. Guests should review this page before booking.
