Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms before booking your stay at The Edge RV Park.
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations, payments, stays, park use, and online bookings at The Edge RV Park in Crooked River Ranch, Oregon. By completing a reservation or staying at the park, you agree to these terms, the policies presented during booking, and any reasonable rules posted or communicated by park management.
Reservations & Confirmation
Reservations are subject to site availability, payment requirements, and confirmation through The Edge RV Park’s booking system. A reservation is confirmed only after the guest receives a reservation confirmation by email or another written confirmation from the booking system or park management.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all reservation information before completing a booking, including arrival and departure dates, site selection, RV information, vehicle information, guest count, contact information, rates, taxes, fees, and applicable policies.
RV Camping Only
The Edge RV Park currently offers RV camping only. Tent camping, teepee camping, cabins, car camping, and other non-RV accommodations are not offered unless specifically identified as available through the official booking system.
Payments, Deposits, Taxes & Fees
Payment requirements, deposits, taxes, processing charges, and other mandatory fees will be displayed during the booking process or stated in the reservation confirmation. By completing a reservation, the guest authorizes the charges disclosed during checkout.
Rates may vary based on the site selected, dates, length of stay, occupancy, availability, and applicable taxes or fees. Guests are also responsible for authorized charges resulting from damages, excessive cleaning, rule violations, unpaid balances, or other costs attributable to their stay.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled 1:00 p.m. check-in time will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled 1:00 p.m. check-in time are nonrefundable. For example, a reservation beginning Friday at 1:00 p.m. must be canceled before Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time to qualify for a full refund.
No-shows, early departures, and unused nights are nonrefundable.
Requests to change a reservation are subject to availability. A reservation change may result in a different rate, site assignment, tax amount, or fee. Reductions or cancellations requested within the nonrefundable period remain subject to this cancellation policy.
Any exception to this policy must be approved and confirmed in writing by The Edge RV Park.
Check-In, Check-Out & Arrival
Check-in begins at 1:00 p.m. on the confirmed arrival date. Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the confirmed departure date.
Guests must follow the site-access, parking, and arrival instructions provided in the reservation confirmation or by park management. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Guests expecting to arrive late should contact The Edge RV Park before arrival. A late arrival does not extend the reservation, reduce the reservation charges, or change the required 11:00 a.m. check-out time.
RV Sites, Hookups & Site Compatibility
Site dimensions, access, utility hookups, and other site features may vary. Guests are responsible for reviewing the description of the site they reserve and ensuring that their RV, tow vehicle, additional vehicle, slides, awnings, equipment, utility connections, and power requirements are compatible with that site.
Guests must use utility connections safely and must not alter, overload, damage, or make unauthorized changes to park utilities, pedestals, water connections, sewer connections, landscaping, roads, buildings, or other property.
The Edge RV Park may reassign a guest to another suitable site when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, maintenance, utility issues, operational requirements, incorrect site information, or RV compatibility.
Guests, Vehicles & Site Use
Reservations may be used only by the registered guest and approved occupants. Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party and for any visitors, vehicles, pets, or equipment brought onto the property.
Vehicles and equipment must remain within designated parking and site areas and must not block roads, neighboring sites, utility equipment, emergency access, or other restricted areas.
Pets
Pets are welcome when kept under control and managed responsibly. Guests must clean up after their pets, prevent excessive noise, and ensure that pets do not disturb other guests, staff, neighboring businesses, livestock, or wildlife.
Pets may not be left unattended outside. Aggressive, threatening, destructive, or persistently disruptive pets may be required to leave the property. Guests remain responsible for injuries, damages, cleaning costs, or other problems caused by their pets.
Quiet Hours, Conduct & Respect for Others
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During quiet hours, guests must keep voices, televisions, music, generators, vehicles, pets, and other noise at a level that does not disturb others.
Guests must respect other visitors, park staff, neighboring properties, and the surrounding Crooked River Ranch community. Excessive noise, unsafe conduct, harassment, threats, illegal activity, property damage, or repeated failure to follow park rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
The Edge RV Park is located next to Over the Edge Taphouse. Scheduled music, events, customer activity, and other normal business sounds may occasionally be audible from the RV park.
Amenities, Taphouse, Events & Nearby Services
Park amenities and nearby food, drinks, entertainment, events, services, and attractions may vary by date, season, operating hours, weather, staffing, maintenance needs, and third-party business decisions.
Over the Edge Taphouse and other nearby businesses operate separately from the RV park. The Edge RV Park does not guarantee that any particular food service, beverage service, event, live performance, attraction, or nearby business will be available during every stay.
Safety, Weather, Fire Conditions & Wildlife
Central Oregon conditions may include heat, freezing temperatures, wind, wildfire smoke, fire restrictions, storms, poor road conditions, wildlife, uneven ground, and other outdoor hazards.
Guests are responsible for monitoring conditions, using reasonable caution, supervising children and pets, securing personal property, complying with burn bans and fire restrictions, and following safety instructions issued by park management or public authorities.
Utilities & Service Interruptions
Utility and communication services may occasionally be interrupted because of weather, equipment failure, maintenance, public utility problems, emergency conditions, or circumstances outside the park’s reasonable control.
The Edge RV Park will make reasonable efforts to address problems within its control but does not guarantee uninterrupted electrical, water, sewer, internet, cellular, or other services.
Personal Property, Damage & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their RVs, vehicles, equipment, pets, belongings, and personal property. Guests should lock and secure their property and carry appropriate vehicle, RV, property, and liability insurance.
Guests are responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or other costs caused by themselves, members of their party, visitors, vehicles, equipment, or pets.
The Edge RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, utility interruption, weather-related impacts, wildlife activity, acts of other guests or third parties, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Refusal of Service & Removal
The Edge RV Park may refuse service, cancel a reservation, or require a guest or visitor to leave when reasonably necessary to protect safety, property, park operations, other guests, staff, neighbors, or compliance with applicable rules and laws.
Guests removed because of unsafe behavior, illegal activity, property damage, harassment, threats, material misrepresentation, nonpayment, or serious or repeated rule violations may not be entitled to a refund.
Website & Online Booking
The Edge RV Park makes reasonable efforts to keep website information, rates, site descriptions, availability, and booking details accurate. Errors, outages, delayed updates, or other technical issues may occasionally occur.
The Edge RV Park may correct errors, update information, adjust availability, or contact a guest when a booking discrepancy or technical problem must be resolved. A displayed website error does not require the park to honor an obviously incorrect rate, date, site description, or availability result.
Changes to These Terms
The Edge RV Park may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted when a reservation is completed generally applies to that reservation, together with the policies and charges disclosed during checkout and in the reservation confirmation.
